In 2018, we harvested six times over seven weeks and vinified multiple preslots and maceration lots. These blends give the wine great texture and complexity, and give it an extra dimension. Compared to 2017, the alcohol content is around 0.5 lower and the total acidity is slightly higher. It's delicious to drink as it is, but it's perfect for pairing with meals.
