For more than 30 years, the Hope family has called Paso Robles home. What began with apple orchards and young vineyards has grown into a legacy of crafting expressive red wines that embody the character of this now world-renowned region.
Today, the family focuses on varieties that thrive in Paso Robles’ rolling, oak-studded hills — Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Mourvèdre, and Grenache. With careful vineyard practices and low yields, each bottle captures the essence of the terroir: rich aromas of spice, licorice, and berry, balanced by soft textures and silky tannins.
