Founded by husband-and-wife team Sterling and Ilana Steffen, Trademark Brewing is Long Beach’s first true craft brewery. Driven by a passion for food, science, and beer, it has also become known as one of California’s few environmentally conscious breweries. With specialized equipment and unique brewing methods, Trademark uses less than half the water of similar-sized breweries and reduces energy consumption by 30%.

At Trademark Brewing, the mission goes beyond making “great beer.” Their goal is to create beer that is not only delicious, but also better for the planet.
