On this page, we will explain our delivery system so that our customers can order with peace of mind.
◆ Delivery Fee System
At SoCalization, we have established a delivery fee system that offers discounted or free shipping to customers who place orders over a certain amount.
・Prefectures other than Okinawa: Basic shipping fee is 999 yen, and orders over 10,000 yen receive free shipping.
・Okinawa: Basic shipping fee is 2,999 yen, orders over 15,000 yen receive discounted shipping of 999 yen, and orders over 30,000 yen receive free shipping.
◆ "Business Days for Delivery" and the Deadline for Same-Day Shipping
Our business days for delivery are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. We can still ship on Saturdays that fall on a long weekend, as long as it is not a holiday.
Orders received by noon on a business day will be shipped on the same day or the next business day, so please be aware of this.
※ Imported wines and snacks from our collaborating importers may take 1-2 additional business days and may not be shipped on the same day. We will indicate this on the product page.
◆ Special Urgent Shipping Surcharge
※Available upon request only If you wish to have your order shipped on the same day but missed the noon deadline, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional charge of 1,000 yen, depending on the time of day. Please note that we cannot accept requests for same-day shipping on days that are not business days.
◆ Estimated Delivery Time
Please refer to the table below for the estimated number of days from order to delivery. Generally, we deliver to Honshu (the main island of Japan) within 1-2 days after receiving the order.
※If you place an order by noon on a business day, we will ship it out on the same day. ※Orders placed after the above time will be shipped out the next day.
※(Example) Orders placed after noon on Saturday will be shipped on Monday, so the earliest delivery will be on Tuesday.
※In case of bad weather, disasters, etc., there is a possibility that the delivery may be delayed beyond the above.
◆ Delivery Date and Time Selection If you wish to specify the delivery date, we can accept requests starting from the 4th day, including the order date, and we will ask for your desired date on the order form. However, we cannot currently specify the delivery time within our company's system.
However, since we use Kuroneko Yamato for delivery, customers who are registered with Kuroneko Members can adjust the date and time through web operations within Kuroneko Members after we ship out the order. (Confirmed as of the creation of this delivery policy)

◆ Request After Delivery Wine is sensitive to temperature changes and high temperatures, which can cause quality deterioration or spillage, so please store it in a cool, dark place immediately after delivery. The recommended storage temperature is 15-18℃. If you have a desired delivery date and time, please let us know in the remarks section when placing your order.
◆ In case of incorrect or defective products We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If the delivered product is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival. We will exchange or provide support free of charge. If we cannot provide an exchange due to a lack of inventory, we will propose a refund or alternative product.
