Introduction of MRO ~ Malibu Rocky Oaks Winery ~①
Hello, we are SoCalization, dedicated to bringing Southern California happiness to Japan!
This company was established in early 2020, and after going through many twists and turns due to the impact of COVID-19, we are excited to finally start selling this month.
In this first post, I would like to introduce the winery of Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards, where I purchased four types of wine in my first purchase.
People who know the place name "Malibu" may have an idea, but this winery in Malibu, a wealthy area that competes for the first and second place in Southern California, is an "extremely luxurious" winery. Incredibly gorgeous, Malibu hilltop mansion surrounded by vineyards!
Here are some photos from my visit in January.
It's a gorgeous gate. If you look closely, you can see that the grapes and vines are incorporated into the design, which is also cute.
I didn't know that it was a private appointment only winery, unlike a typical winery where you can come and taste at any time...lol. After returning to Japan, I was able to connect with the owner through various contact with friends in Los Angeles, and this sales partnership in Japan began!
I haven't been able to revisit it yet due to the influence of Corona, but I received a video after passing through the gate from the winery, so please take a look!

The mansion is so gorgeous.
The four types of wines we purchased were red Cabernet Sauvignon, white Chardonnay, Grenache Rosé, and sparkling rose. Not only are these wines luxurious and delicious, but they also embody the passion and pride of the producers.
