Straw-coloured, slightly cloudy due to yeast fungi. Very delicate, floral and fruity aromas with hints of citrus and dried apricots. A unique yeast is planted in the manufacturing process and fermented while it is fresh. Secondary fermentation is done in the bottle with yeast. Sugar content 0g/L Acidity 3.6g/L.
Straw yellow in colour, can be slightly hazy due to the presence of suspended yeasts. The nose is very delicate, with floral and fruity hints of citrus fruit and dried apricots. On the palate, the bubbles are gentle and delicate, the fine fruity notes come through again, the finish is tangy and dry.
