60% stainless steel tank fermentation, 40% neutral American oak fermentation (3-4 months stirring during 11 months surreal aging). After blending, it is aged in 10% new French oak barrels and 10% used French oak barrels for an additional 8 months. A dry style with concentrated flavors of ripe grapefruit and white peach. Fruity notes meld with refreshing grated tangerine and a hint of Meyer lemon, leading to a fruity yet edgy finish.
