Winemaking: 100% aged for 1 year in large barrels. Made from young vines from Beaucastel and grapes from a vineyard planted in Orange, west of Beaucastel.
The other Châteauneuf of the family! For the most part, Les Sinards is made from the young vines at Beaucastel and a neighboring vineyard Famille Perrin farm. Mostly Grenache, this is a classic Châteauneuf du Pape.
