This Grand Cru vineyard is located in the heart of the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, and is cultivated biodynamically without any irrigation, due to the cold winds from Van Duzer.
In January 2018, it was officially announced that Ehren Jordan of Feira Wines, a top star in the California wine industry, will be expanding into Oregon! You will be able to taste the elegant and fresh style of Oregon wines that Ehren makes.
Going forward, Ehren will serve as the exclusive winemaker for Zenith Vineyard in Eola Amity Hills, known for producing Saint Innocent's top cuvées, and will also brew Oregon wines under the Failla brand in the same facility.
The single-vineyard "Zenith" Failla brand may be produced! The reason behind Ehren's expansion into Oregon is his friend, Raja Parr, one of America's leading winemakers.
It all began one day when Raja casually asked Ehren if he would like to make wine using grapes from Seven Springs Vineyard in Evening Land, which he owns.
I'm looking forward to seeing how Ehren will portray the Eola Amity Hills AVA!
