COMMENT
Champagne Rost is a family-run domaine founded in 1970 in the village of Bassuet. They own 15 hectares of their own vineyards in the Coteaux du Vitryats region, which has been attracting attention from champagne experts around the world in recent years, and they do everything from cultivation to bottling and aging themselves. Their champagne is highly regarded, and at the 2022 Meilleurs Chardonnays du Monde competition, which brings together Chardonnay varieties from around the world, they won a gold medal and were also selected as one of the top 10 out of 2,280 Chardonnays submitted, which caused a big stir. They are truly a producer representing this region.

Only Chardonnay from the oldest and finest plot, Les Loges, is used and the wine is aged in bottle for 48 months.
