Fresh fruit and floral aromas dominate, but behind them you can also feel the characteristics of honey, vanilla, and liqueur that come from the secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has a honey-like sweetness, but is fresh, and above all, it has a beautiful acidity. The combination of fruitiness, acidity, and aging on the lees creates a rich flavor. The finish has a complex fruitiness as well as spices and herbs.

Winemaking: Only lightly pressed juice is used. Fermented in a 1000-liter wooden fermentation tank and aged in the bottle for 14 months.
This sparkling Cava has bright yellow-green hues with dense, persistent foam providing an inkling of its structure in the mouth.
