Fusion of European style and California style
Viña Robles was founded in 1996 by owner Hans Ness, who set his sights on Paso Robles.
Hans Ness, who ran a restaurant, is famous as a collector of Bordeaux wine and has a strong passion for wine than anyone else.
With Kevin Willenborg, who started his career as a winemaker at CH.
About wine:
Uses two grapes in Paso Robles, the Fuerfuero field and the Creston Valley field. Located on the border of the El Pomar and Genesio districts, the subsoil is a hilly field of limestone and is blessed with a gentle breeze from the Pacific Ocean that blows in from the Templeton Gap in the afternoon.
The Creston Valley consists of scenic, elevated, south-facing vineyards with shallow soils containing granular limestone. Most of the wine is aged in French oak barrels (some American and Hungarian oak barrels for added complexity) for 8 months.
A further 12 months of barrel aging after blending with the Petit Verdot auxiliary variety. Aromas of cassis, dark cherry, mocha and cedar with red fruit flavors and smooth tannins.

- Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Sauvignon
