Signos de Origin means "sign of the place".
The Casablanca Valley, known as one of the coolest wine-producing regions in Chile, is an area close to the Pacific Ocean where the cold Humboldt Current flows. This project focuses on grapes in the cool Casablanca region and examines the unique characteristics of the varieties that grow there. This is the Signos de Origine that was bottled. The grapes that grew slowly in the cool soil are rich in acidity and rich in aroma, making them a treasure-like grape. And they are organically grown. We believe that only biodynamic farming can bring out the true individuality of each variety.
The label features a symbol appropriate to that variety.
