Grapes from two plots located east of the village are used. 100% baled, fermentation is carried out by remontage rather than pigeage. Aged for 16 to 18 months in 20 to 25% new oak barrels.

≪Details≫

Aromas of red fruits, sweet spices and a hint of fresh herbs. When you put it in your mouth, the delicate and pure fruit flavor spreads, and you can feel a pleasant acidity and saltiness on the finish.

・Lottery results will be announced on or after April 23rd (Tue).

・How to apply: Select the product you want and place your order as usual to apply for the lottery. No payment will be made at the time of application.

・We will not accept applications that exceed the limit on the number of entries per person.

・We will send an invoice to customers who have won the lottery. Please make payment within 3 days of arrival and ship the item within 2 weeks.
