Nancy's View is named after the winemaker's mother.

Nancy's View is made primarily from the finest grapes from the Windmill vineyard, a "mixed black" vineyard, and is fermented in three-ton concrete barrels.

After the first fermentation was completed, a portion of the first free-run drain was aged in concrete pyramid tanks, while the remaining wine was aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels. The second pass from the Windmill Block was fermented with wild yeasts. One barrel of Zinfandel from the Pipeline Block, a small amount of Zinfandel from the Clevenger clone from the Cottage Block, and three of the Windmill Zinfandels were aged separately in 1-2 year old French oak barrels and puncheons. In June 2021, these were blended and returned to approximately 35% new French oak barrels for an additional 8 months of aging before being bottled in March 2022.

Bright garnet in color. Full of dark fruit and toasty oak aromas, with rich, sweet flavors of blueberry, cocoa, and baked pineapple jam. Well-structured.

Peachy Canyon, located on the west side of Paso Robles, is a family-run winery established by Doug and Nancy Beckett in 1988 and is one of the first ten wineries in Paso Robles. Recognized for its terroir-oriented and dedicated winemaking approach, it has won numerous awards and, with its exemplary Zinfandel, has elevated Paso Robles to one of California's important wine-producing regions.

Josh and Jake Beckett, the second generation brothers who have taken over the winery, grew up watching their parents work in the vineyards. After many years in the wine business, they saw potential in the market with a slightly unusual idea. In 2004, the brothers left Peachy Canyon, launched Chronic Cellars, and began making their own wines. With the quality of the wine and their skillful marketing, they grew the winery to an annual production of 17,000 cases, and sold the company to Winery Exchange in 2019. They then returned to Peachy Canyon and officially took over management of the winery.

Peachy Canyon has built its reputation on Zinfandel, but currently, 40% of the grapes grown are Rhone and Bordeaux varieties. Josh and Jake recently acquired a new vineyard. The Beckett family currently owns 102 acres of their own vineyards on the west coast of Paso Robles. All of their vineyards are located within three sub-AVAs: Willow Creek, Adelaide, and Templeton Gap. As a long-established winery in Paso Robles, in order to fully express the terroir of these wonderful AVAs, starting with the 2019 vintage, all of the wines they produce are estate wines, wines made only from grapes harvested on their own vineyards.
