It has a slightly cloudy orange-prune color and a very robust aroma of pepper, black currant, prune, mirabelle, raspberry liqueur, and coffee.

It has been 35 years since Henri Milan rebelled against industrialized winemaking and began making wine exclusively from grapes from the vines of his father, Robert, who was also the winemaker.
More recently, Henri has rekindled his passion for photography and the beautiful Provencal mansion winery is run by his son Théophile, adding even more creativity and natural talent to the family's many years of experience.
Over 20 different varieties are grown on-site and a variety of wines are produced, including sparkling, rosé, red, white and orange wines.
And new wines emerge from the winery's cellars almost every year.
