Tart, pure and clean taste
2020 was a bountiful year. The temperatures during the summer were very favorable for the ripening of the grapes, which allowed us to harvest later than in the past. The result was a bountiful harvest of excellent quality grapes and plenty of time to balance production and harvest in winemaking. Aged for 10 months in French and American oak barrels. Ripe pineapple, pear, passion fruit flavors and acidity are well balanced. A clean, crisp finish with hints of vanilla from the barrel. WINE X DEGITAL MAGAZINE 90 points
The 2018 California vintage shows good acidity and provides a nice balance with ripe pineapple, pear, and passion fruit flavors. Just a hint of vanilla spice oak ends in a finish that's clean and pure.
