In response to many years of requests, Decoy brand sparkling wine has finally been released. Grapes with a good balance of acidity and fruitiness are selected from cool coastal areas. It is made in the same way as Champagne (secondary fermentation in the bottle) with a residual sugar content of 8.5%. g/L dry. The mellow fruitiness and clean acidity are perfectly balanced, and the fresh bubbles create a refreshing feeling.
Until now, Goldeneye Winery has been producing small quantities of handcrafted sparkling rosé Pinot Noir (using Pupitar) as a limited edition product, but in response to long-standing requests from around the world, we are finally releasing a sparkling wine under the Decoy brand. has appeared.
It is made using the same method as Champagne, Méthode Champenois Tradition (secondary fermentation in the bottle).

Technical information
Brewing information: The cuvées fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and barrel-aged cuvées are blended and tirage (bottled, yeast and sugar are added to ferment in the bottle), then aged in the bottle for approximately 15 months.
The dosage is made from barrel-aged Napa Valley Chardonnay from Duckhorn Vineyards with added sugar.
Residual sugar: 7.0 g/liter (by Champagne standards, Brut residual sugar is 6-12 g/liter)
