Bright purple in colour. Initially subdued, the aroma of shiny ripe cherries gradually emerges. On the palate it is elegant and soft. The taste is like a mix of dark fruit and bright red cherries. This wine is a perfect expression of the terroir, with a strong Charmes-style grape flavour.

Winemaking: A blend of grapes from two plots, Charmes and Mazoyères, with an average age of over 40 years. Aged in specially ordered new barrels.
