This wine, named after Veronique's eldest daughter, Lorraine, is made by dividing the vineyard into 32 plots, each of which is vinified and aged separately. The wine is aged for over a year, and then tasted and blended from 100 carefully selected barrels. It is then aged in barrels for four months and bottled for 20 months before being released, making it the ultimate Oregon wine.
