The vines are 40 years old. The grapes are hand-picked from sustainable farms, and then carefully selected and de-hulled. The wines are fermented in 40% barriques and 60% wooden fermentation tanks for each plot, and then aged in barrels for 18 months (33% new barrels).

Powerful and elegant aromas of blackcurrant, plum and dark chocolate. Sensual taste of ripe red fruits and spices with hints of toast and menthol. Lacey fine tannins and silky fresh texture continue beautifully for a long time.
