The wine is made from vines that are not affected by phylloxera, a rare breed in the world. Fermented and aged in French oak for 9 months, 30% in new barrels. Blended and bottled, then aged for another 6 years.
≪Details≫
The aroma and flavor are orange blossom, honey, passion fruit, banana, and guava. It is very well balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a long aftertaste of pear and honey. It is reminiscent of dry Sauternes and aged Graves white wines.
