ピエール・ゴノン / サン・ジョセフ・ブラン・レ・ゾリヴィエール 2009
リッチでフルボディ、酸は穏やかです。2つの品種の個性が表現されており、ルーサンヌは丸みと香りを、マルサンヌが骨格と余韻を与えています。リッチで香り豊かな料理によく合います。

産地：サン・ジョセフ
品種：マルサンヌ80％、ルーサンヌ20％
醸造：収穫後、除梗はせずに空気圧のプレスでゆっくりと圧搾し、清澄はせず12時間おいた後、樽で発酵。天然酵母を使用。約11ヶ月熟成。ブレンドし瓶詰めするまでバトナージュをする。ろ過をしないためボトルには若干澱が残る。
The wine is not filtered, which leaves a light, natural sediment in the bottle. It is a wine of expansive richness and delicate finesse with aromas of honeysuckle, orange marmalade, and black licorice. With warm flavors of red apple, honey, and dusty oak on the palate, this dry but rich full-bodied wine finishes with lovely acidity and great persistence.
Varietal: 80% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne
