Incredibly fragrant aromas of finger lime, grapefruit pith, lime juice, citrus zest, bergamot oil and white florals with undertones of green peppercorn and white currant. The palate is pure and bright with flavours of citrus, stone fruit and guava, beautifully balanced by steely minerality and a clean sweep of fresh acidity providing power, concentration and a long, precise finish.
