シラーが支配的で、アイリスなどのフローラルな香りと豊かなミネラルを感じます。ムールヴェードルとグルナッシュが生み出す骨格やフレッシュさが、シラーの爆発的なアロマを引き立てます。またスパイスとペッパーのニュアンスがベリーのフレーヴァーに深みを与え、生き生きとしたスタイルに仕上がっています。

醸造：熟成2年(コンクリートタンク25％、225ℓの新樽、1～2年樽40％、ドゥミ・ミュイの新樽、1年樽35％)。
The highly quaffable character of this Saint Chinian derives from the floral Syrah, grown on sandstone and chalky clay, the intense soft fruit of the Grenache, and the structure of the exceptionally ripe Mourvèdre. It brings together the tulip, the iris, the Lilly of the valley and other bulb flowers expressions and a stony side which reminds the storm rain on hot stones.
