We own small plots in 5 of the 8 districts belonging to Saint-Emilion, and combine grapes grown in 3 different soils: gravel, clay-sand and clay-limestone to create well-balanced wines. The light pink color of the label and cap seal is based on the antique pink color used in the old prints found by the owner in the antique shop.
HVE3 (High Environmental Value level 3) certified.
Using different plots of Saint-Emilion grapes. There are three main types of soil: gravel, clay-sand, and clay-limestone. After rigorous sorting using a sorting table after harvesting, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks while controlling the temperature. Remontage slowly during fermentation. It is then aged in wooden barrels for about 12 months.
