Overview

Miles can be accumulated according to the purchase price, and 1 mile will be awarded for every 1 yen of the purchase price. Accumulated miles can be used for future winery tours, exchanged for discount coupon codes, and used to participate in member-only events such as tastings.

Q. How do I enter the Miles Program?

A. You can easily start by clicking the account creation button from the red "Member Benefits Tab" on the homepage and completing the procedure!

Q. How can I check my mileage balance?

A. Your latest mileage balance will be displayed in the upper left corner of the pop-up after logging in from the Member Benefits tab.

Q. Does it cost money to join the mileage program?

A. No, the mileage program is free to join . However, membership is limited to those over the age of 20 who are legally allowed to drink alcohol.

Q. How long does it take for miles to be awarded?

A. Points are awarded as soon as you take action to earn miles. If it is not reflected even after several hours, please contact our customer support .

Q. Do miles have an expiration date?

A. There are currently no plans to set an expiration date for miles.
