The popular wine in the United States has finally landed in Japan for the first time! Instead of drinking super-luxury wine with difficulty, enjoy drinking slightly premium wine!

"John and Michelle", which has been making premium wines in Napa Valley for over 10 years, is not an ultra-luxury wine, but a little more casual, but not a cheap wine, but on someone's anniversary. I started Jam Cellars to create a fun and energizing wine to accompany the dishes I cooked and treat myself to when I get together.

The concept is clear! 3 types of foam, white and red. As for the name, foam = toast (meaning a toast), white = butter (barrel-aged Chardonnay), red = jam (cabernet sauvignon with concentrated fruit flavor and a satisfying drink).

100% Chardonnay From carefully selected vineyards across California, post-fermentation in constant temperature maceration and barrel aging. The palate is rich with pleasant barrel nuances, and the mouthfeel is creamy and supple. California Chardonnay has a solid taste and tropical mango, candied lemon, pear, white peach and other ripe fruit nuances are fun!

Wow…Butter Chardonnay is rich, bold and luscious. Made in the tradition of quality Californian winemaking, the grapes we select are juicy, ripe and bursting with flavor. We cold ferment this easy-to-love Chardonnay to a lush creaminess and age it in our unique blend of oak. Butter brims with stone fruit and baked-lemon notes and has a lovely, long, vanilla finish. Simply put, it melts in your mouth!
